If you have been arrested, you likely feel scared and unsure. I am here to help.

Once arrested, many times the train has left the station. This is a train, powered by the resources and might of the State of Texas and it has one stop in mind: your conviction. This train may not be concerned about the disruption it causes in your life, or how a conviction will affect your ability to get a job, loan or support your family. If you are in this position, you must know one thing: the train will not stop unless you have someone on your side who has stopped it before.

You should not handle this alone, and you should not bring on someone who will try to convince you to give up or take a deal. I will never talk an innocent person into pleading guilty because I am afraid to stand beside you and be judged.
